Yoga
We have a Yoga teacher on hand for private lessons. The lesson lasts for 90 minutes and will leave you feeling stretched and more supple with a feeling of being re energized. Yoga is the practice of different asanas (positions) that relax and massage the body and internal body to allow the individual to practice meditation and stillness. The longer the practice, the more supple the body is to be in a position to mediate longer and for the mind to relax and become calmer. The true fruits of yoga extend beyond what mere words can describe: mental well-being, self awareness and energetic awakening are just feeble attempts to express the nature of what can be experienced.
